I have been seeing Kay for a few weeks now and am already seeing an improvement. I have cerebral palsy and a back problem which means I walk with a limp and have general right sided severe weakness. (Much like a stroke patient) I have been working on a stretching programme which focuses on my legs. I had a family member mention to me today that I am now walking flat with less of a limp. Thank you Kay! I would recommended highly 5* service and expertise.

I started working with Body Tuition not quite sure what I’d be able to do after a few years of injury and illness. It was brilliant – my fitness level and strength has increased and my love for exercise has been reignited. The sessions were fun and relaxed, but I definitely felt that I had worked hard at the end of each one!

So I have been training with the fabulous ladies at Body Tuition for a good few weeks now and I can honestly say they are amazing at what they do.
Having a background in martial arts you come to expect a certain pace and discipline from your trainer but also a balance that makes the exercise enjoyable.
There is always a variety training exercises each session.
I have to say I’m a laugh through the pain kinda person and these ladies certainly manage to keep me laughing.
After a year out from exercise they had me doing full ‘boy push-ups’ in only 3 weeks, amazing!! And my favourite bit the stretching out afterwards, it really eases the gainful after pain
